Check in time is between 3 and 9pm unless previously arranged.

 

No Smoking in Rooms

Smoking must be at least 25 feet from the door.

Smoking in rooms will incur a $100 cleaning fee.

 

Dogs

We have three rooms designated as dog friendly for a $25 fee per stay.

Undeclared dogs found to have stayed in a non-dog room will incur a $100 cleaning fee.  No other pets are allowed.

Drugs

No drugs of any kind are allowed to be used or sold in rooms or on the property.  Evidence of drug use or sales activity will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
