How you cancel your reservation will depend on how you booked.

If you booked directly from our site or called us then please call us to cancel.

If you booked on another site such as Expedia or Booking.com etc., then you need to cancel the booking through them.  We can not cancel your reservation made through these sites.

Unfortunately these sites do not make canceling easy so be prepared to call their customer service number.

Cancelation Policy

Cancel by 5 pm local Pacific time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged the full amount. If you decide to leave early, no refunds will be given. If you reserve a room on line and you need to cancel the reservation, please do it via the same booking site you used to make the reservation.
